SARACEN RIDES TO THE RESCUE!
A LEADING supplier has announced a three-year deal with the UK´s leading equestrian educational facility and show venue — Hartpury College. Not only will Saracen Horse Feeds be supplying their highly-advanced feeds to the college, but they will
be involved in every level of this
newfound partnership; from feeding
the college´s horses to supporting
students with nutritional
advice, talks and workshops. They
are also one of the main sponsors
of the forthcoming Hartpury-hosted
FEI World Para Dressage
Championships and will be backing
numerous other events.
A full range of products
Amanda Ward, Deputy Principal at
Hartpury is delighted with the
support, which sees Saracen Horse
Feeds alongside existing forage
supplier Dengie: “Hartpury College
is delighted with the new partnership
with Saracen Horse Feeds. With
over 250 horses on site we take the
choice of horse feed very seriously,
and Saracen offered a full range of
products to cater for all our needs.
With their help and support we can
greatly enhance our students´
education in the field of nutrition,
and look forward to building a long
and beneficial relationship.”
Nutrition and Education
Jim Scott, Commercial Director at
Saracen is equally as enthusiastic
about the new working partnership:
“We have been talking to the
college for some time now and are
delighted that they see us as an
important cog in their machine. We
believe that the combination of
Hartpury College, Saracen Horse
Feeds and the benefits of our
exclusive UK Team Membership
with Kentucky Equine Research
(K.E.R.) will benefit all involved,
and on a wider scale the sport and
industry at large. One of our stated
objectives is to ‘help our customers
achieve optimal productivity and
performance from their horse
through advanced nutrition and
education´ and we are delighted to
be able to put this to practice in a
college environment”.
